One of the
many meals that I like to cook is vegetarian lasagna, which is also one of my
favorite meals to eat as well. I make it relatively often, whenever I have the
opportunity to cook for someone that I appreciate.
It is
prepared in the following way: one must chop onions, peppers, garlic,
mushrooms, one carrot and one zucchini, and then fry them in a pan. Then you
add salt, oregano, black pepper and cumin according to taste. Once they are
ready, you add tomato sauce and mix it all together. Once this part is ready,
then you start to prepare the béchamel sauce. You put 50g of melted butter with
50g of flour, and mix them in a pot. Little by little you start adding half a
liter of milk, always mixing until the sauce starts to get thicker. When it is
ready, you start to put together the lasagna, alternating in the following
manner: one layer of pasta, then the vegetable sauce, pasta, béchamel sauce,
cheese, and then pasta. Repeat once, and then put the lasagna in the oven for
20 minutes. Enjoy!
